Policies
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item, also within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us at within 14 days of delivery to request any return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the process and provide you with a return mailing address. All items need to be returned in their original product packaging to the return mailing address we provide in order for us to begin refund or exchange processing.

We ship our items using a variety of shipping methods from several different suppliers and warehouses throughout the United States. Once an order has been placed on our web site, it starts being prepared for shipment almost immediately, and we are therefore unable to cancel most pending orders. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it typically within 5 business days. If the entire delivery process is expected to continue beyond 10 business days, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
